VUE Rooftop Movement and Meditate

Join us on Monday, August 29th for an evening of movement and meditation at VUE Rooftop Lounge presented by instructor Emilie Ledwin of the Enamored Souls Collective.

Emilie used to be a manager at the Curtiss Hotel before moving to Phoenix, Arizona to continue her career in hospitality. Since her move to the desert, she became deeply rooted through practices that helped her connect with herself and her surroundings. She has since received certifications in yoga, meditation, crystal healing, and sounding healing. She curates events that tap into all your senses, creating a safe space for you to learn something new and to give yourself some time to heal and grow.

We couldn’t think of a more perfect place in Buffalo to host her Movement and Mediate at sunset than VUE Rooftop Lounge. She will open the evening up with teaching you how to set intentions, and breathing techniques to use throughout the class, The movement portion will consist of stretching and easy poses to open up and warm the body before we get to the best part, the sound journey!

Remember your favorite yoga mat, blankets, and pillow to cozy up with as she plays beautiful crystal bowls, chimes, and drums to tap into their healing vibrations.
